Welcome to Your Dream Dress! All of the gowns at Your Dream Dress are first quality and 100% Authentic. We only purchase our gowns from authorized high-end couture bridal salons and also directly from the actual designers. Some of the gowns that we offer are brand new and in mint condition. However, most of the gowns that we receive are samples from high-end couture bridal salons or overstock from designers. Most likely, the gowns that are from retail stores have been tried on at least once.

We personally inspect each gown as it is inventoried for any flaws. Gowns are sent to a professional bridal gown cleaner and professional seamstress, if needed, so the gown is in ready to be walked down the aisle condition when the bride receives it. We understand that you want to look your best and strive to offer you a designer gown of excellent quality and condition.

Q: Why shouldn't I buy my designer gown from a retail store?
A: You certainly can purchase your gown from a retail bridal salon. However, why spend $1000's more on the same gown to only wear it for a few hours!! A: Yes. Your Dream Dress offers designer wedding accessories at the same discounts as our designer gowns...40 to 90 percent off the retail price! We have beautiful headpieces, veils, combs, tiaras, shoes, etc to complete your dream look. RETURN POLICY:

We know that you will love your designer gown! However, if you need to return it, we are happy to help. We want you to feel confident that you are choosing the dress of your dreams and your happy with your purchase! Our return policy is listed below and can also be found on our website, under the "Return Policy" section.

If you decide to return the gown, it will need to be shipped back by UPS, USPS or FedEx insured and be received by us within 5 business days in the same condition as it was sent. You will be responsible for the gown until it is received back safely to our location.

Once we receive the gown back, we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the gown was sent to you, we will refund the price of the gown only. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

If we do not hear from you by email within the first 24 hours of receiving the gown, we will consider the gown satisfactory and no returns/refunds will be accepted.

All returns must be approved by us or the gown/package will be refused / returned to you. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the gown at customerservice@your-dream-dress.com for us to approve the return. Please note: Accessories are not returnable.
