PLATINUM PROGRAM
The Platinum Program is our most comprehensive planning program. We take you through the entire planning process. We do all of the legwork (calling vendors for availability, set up appointments), help you organize your wedding, offer advice and guidance, and then orchestrate all the details on the wedding day. Here is a list of the items included in the Platinum Program

PLANNING
  • Unlimited planning time to plan your wedding (unlimited phone, and E mail support as well)
  • Help you determine and execute the overall "feeling and look" of your wedding day
  • Create and maintain the wedding cost estimator
  • Contact all possible vendors to check on their current prices and availability (includes a vendor list of vendors)
  • Evaluate vendor contracts
  • Assist in selecting the minister or judge
  • Assist in selecting the ceremony music
  • Set the appointment and help select the reception site
  • Assist in tuxedo selection
  • Set the appointment and help select photographer
  • Set the appointment and help select the wedding cake
  • Assist with stationery selection
  • Assist with entertainment selection
  • Assist with guest accommodations (help you determine the best hotels in the area of reception)
  • Develop a wedding timeline for the wedding day
  • Contact you via e-mail as a reminder as to when your vendor payments are due
  • Monthly E Mail Reminders
  • Extensive Information Packet
  • Assist with rehearsal planning and attend the rehearsal

THE DAY OF THE WEDDING
  • Up to a two-hour "wedding detail" meeting to be held at least Two-weeks prior to your wedding.
  • 2 PLANNERS THE DAY OF THE WEDDING
  • Up to eight-hours of wedding management on your wedding day.
  • The week of the wedding we call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will then give them our contact information for the day of the wedding and instruct them to call Heartstrings Bridal with any questions or concerns on the wedding day.
  • Work with family and vendors to make sure things run smoothly. All questions can be directed toward Heartstrings Bridal.
  • Pin Boutonnieres and hand out bouquets.
  • Assist in any emergency needs for the bride, groom, wedding party, or family (we carry a large emergency kit) that has everything in it from white chalk to extra socks for the groomsmen.
  • Distribute final payments (DJ, Photographer, etc)
  • Ceremony Management (i.e. let everyone know when they walk down the aisle, etc).
  • Ensure that the photography is completed by the appropriate time.
  • Orchestrate the first dance, cake cutting, and toasting (if applicable)
  • Contact vendors that are late and answer vendor's questions at the reception
  • Confirm the placement of all the items at the ceremony and reception (cake, flowers, etc)

DIAMOND PROGRAM
The Diamond package is designed for couples that would like to plan most of their wedding themselves, however, still want to have the advice of a professional by their side during the planning process as well as on their wedding day, Planning
  • Up to eight hours of planning time to plan your wedding (as needed per your request includes phone and e mail support)
  • Help you determine and execute the overall "feeling and look" of your wedding day
  • Vendor List
  • Assist in creating the wedding cost estimator
  • Evaluate vendor contracts
  • Develop a wedding timeline for the wedding day
  • 15% off Invitation and stationary purchase
  • 10% off any purchase with House of Brides Bridal Salon

The Wedding Day Management Program is designed for the couple that wants to enjoy their wedding day (as well as have their friends and family enjoy it) without having to worry about any wedding details on their wedding day. With Heartstrings you can be assured that your wedding day will go smoothly because we will be behind the scenes orchestrating all the details and managing the vendors.
